Currently, we are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our newly established company within the Nomad Electric Group. The person in this role will take ownership of independent HR processes and report directly to the Group HR Director.

Responsibilities:
  • Own the full recruitment process-job ads, sourcing, interviews, and working closely with hiring managers.
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies.
  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Being the first point of contact for employees, cooperating with an external payroll provider, and managing employee documentation.
  • Provide strong support to the HR Director in strategic initiatives and act as an advisor on key HR matters.
  • Partner with leadership to support broader HR initiatives and build company culture.
What We are Looking For:
  • 6+ years of experience as a HR Generalist/ HRBP, or Senior HR Specialist in-house HR in renewable energy or construction sector- must-have.
  • Proven expertise and successes in recruiting for technical roles.
  • Ability to independently manage end-to-end HR processes and projects.
  • Track record of leading strategic HR projects independently with measurable success.
  • Strong organizational skills-managing multiple projects at once is part of the deal.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, growing environment -if slower, more structured settings are your preference, this may not be the best fit.
  • A sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Exceptional communication skills and proactive attitude.
  • Fluent in English- international recruitment are our daily life
