Senior Accounts Payable Europe Specialist

For Linklaters Office in Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the Senior Accounts Payable Europe Specialist role.

Your role:

• Accounts Payable process expert, willing to support the Team with complex queries resolution
• Responsible for full scope of Accounts Payable process of one or a few entities
• Act as a contact point for Vendors and Employees;
• Communicate with Business Teams regarding coding of invoices, follow global policies and guidelines;
• Check quality of supporting documentation to then review and post invoices;
• Reconcile payments & B/S accounts and resolve invoice discrepancies;
• Generate regular reports;
• Propose and implement process improvements and technical tools automations to deliver process efficiency

Your experience
:

• Fluent English;
• University degree in finance or professional accounting course;
• At least 3 years of practical experience in performing end to end Accounts Payable process
• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable, Billing or General Ledger processes will be a strong asset
• Customer focused and service oriented;
• Attention to detail and accuracy;
• Experience in SAP, preferably within SSC/BPO sector, will be a plus;
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure;
