Your Role

  • Work in an international Agile team using SDLC best practices

    · Develop and enhance business applications tailored to client needs

    · Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams

    · Gain exposure to modern tech and data-driven environments

Your Tasks

  • Coordinate software development across all SDLC phases

    · Act as financial domain expert and main contact for business stakeholders

    · Translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa

    · Collaborate daily with developers, architects, QA, and product owners

    · Lead business requirements analysis and cross-department negotiations

    · Create and execute test plans (QA/UAT) with stakeholders

    · Drive and report on data ingestion activities (classification, lineage, incidents)

    · Document data requirements, mappings, and business rules

    · Manage multiple ingestions in a fast-paced environment

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related analytical field

    · Proven experience as Business Analyst or Project Manager in financial domain

    · Fluent English (min. B2) – essential for international collaboration

    · Strong analytical and documentation skills (user stories, Jira, Confluence)

    · Experience in Agile delivery and cross-functional teamwork

    · Knowledge of BPMN, UML, and mockup tools

    · Ability to conduct as-is/to-be impact analysis

    · Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset

    · SQL knowledge and ability to read code is an asset

    · Leadership or product ownership experience is a bonus
