Responsibilities
Person in this role provides leadership and oversight to the Warehouse Management group, contributes to and supports the development and execution of processes, controls and management systems to ensure effective and efficient warehouse operations. Operations include receiving, tracking and storing inventory; picking, packing and shipping inventory from the warehouse to internal and external locations and reporting on inventory levels, maintenance and conditions.

Responsibilties

• Directs the efforts of professional staff members in the achievement of the Warehouse Management department's strategic and operational objectives.
• Leads various Warehouse Management functions, including: Equipping all other Supply Chain / Procurement teams with understanding of warehouse processes and operating standards.
• Planning goals and measuring outcomes in assigned facilities.
• Providing end-to-end oversight on planned and scheduled distribution services.
• Enforcing Warehouse Management safety guidelines and procedures.
• Tracking and reporting on key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
• Validates staffing levels for all functional areas are operating within established guidelines.
• Develops, monitors and reports on warehouse KPIs and metrics.
• Cultivates relationships with service and supplier teams.
• Provides day-to-day guidance to team and allied internal constituents.
• Allocates assignments and resources to facilitate team activity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Typically has 6-8 years of experience in Warehouse Management and typically 0-2 years leadership experience.
• Fluent Polish and English skills (written and spoken).
