Objectives of this Role

We seek an experienced Business Analyst with a strong mix of business thinking and technical knowledge to drive requirement gathering, backlog creation, and process optimization for our XR solutions. This role involves close collaboration with clients, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that business goals align with technical execution.

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT service or product companies.

• Proven experience in Agile/SCRUM environments, handling full project lifecycles.

• Strong experience working with distributed teams and managing technical communications.

• Expertise in business requirements gathering, backlog management, and product roadmap planning.

• Ability to analyze client needs and translate them into structured, executable tasks with clear acceptance criteria.

• Experience with documenting business analysis artifacts using JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and effectively prioritize tasks.

• Experience facilitating executive-level presentations and stakeholder workshops.

• Knowledge of XR technologies (VR, AR, MR, Metaverse, AI-based solutions) or willingness to learn.

Nice to Have (Plus)

• CBAP, CCBA, or other Business Analysis certifications.

• Domain experience in Healthcare, MedTech, Life Sciences, EdTech, or Manufacturing.

• Understanding of XR-related development tools, Spatial Design, Unity workflows, and AI-driven experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales and discovery phases, engaging with clients to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.

• Translate client needs into structured product backlogs, ensuring clarity and alignment with project objectives.

• Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings to ensure a shared understanding of business goals.

• Work closely with Unity developers, artists, backend engineers, and project managers to define and manage requirements effectively.

• Collaborate with the QA team to ensure business requirements are met in delivered solutions.

• Analyze and optimize business processes to create efficient workflows for project execution.

• Break down project scope into well-defined user stories, epics, and tasks for Agile/SCRUM development teams.

• Manage project documentation using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and other industry-standard methodologies.

• Support decision-making by providing insights on feasibility, technical constraints, and business impact.

• Adapt and iterate project requirements based on real-time feedback and evolving client needs.

• Define and establish Business Analysis processes in line with current project development processes.

• Refine internal business processes covering multiple departments.
