OTC Trader

As a OTC (Over-The-Counter) Trader for the Gas & Power sector you will play a leading role in maintaining existing and creating new trading lines with market participants in Europe.

WORK PLACE
: Warsaw

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Acquiring new Counterparties for Over The Counter Transactions

· Ensuring brand awareness and building your network through participation in business events, fairs and other market-related gatherings.

· Preparing Trade proposals and managing trade Over The Counter trading flow

· Negotiating deals with new and existing clients

· Dive into key market developments

· Becoming the valuable information source for counterparties you trade with

· Developing and executing trading strategies with analysts and other colleagues

· Conducting market research to analyse market trends, potential clients, and competitors to help inform business decisions and contribute to the company's growth efforts

· Be responsible for achieving your own revenue target;

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

· At least 2 years of experience in either sales, trading, business development, or account management, ideally in energy and gas sector.

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Proactive attitude

· Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member.

· Bachelor's or Master's degree

· Fluent any European language(s)

· Very good command of English is a must
