Our Shared Service Center in Wroclaw has existed since August 2014 and brings together accountants working for 16 European markets. There are already 300 of us, but we are still growing and expanding our scope of operations.

This is how your responsibilities
would look like:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of I2P transformation projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop and implement optimized I2P processes that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Support the GPO in the completion of the Process Reference Model, development of process KPI's, Template enhancement and SAP roll-out activities.
• Oversee the integration of new systems with existing ERP and finance systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Support GPO and GBS with standardization and migration of I2P activities into SSC organization.
• Ensure that all I2P processes comply with relevant financial regulations and standards, support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations of the I2P processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Finance, and IT, to comprehend and document business requirements and objectives related to the I2P process, communicate project status, and manage expectations.
• Drive changes by implementing strategies to streamline and enhance the S2P workflow, addressing pain points and ensuring process efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies across the organization.
• Be responsible for the establishment and implementation of best practices for process optimization, its' documentation and modification.

We also need to have some requirements
, so here they are:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Must have operations experience in a GBS environment for I2P, S4 experience and expertise is a plus.
• Experience in SAP ECC, familiarity with procurement and finance systems, ERP systems, and related technologies is a must; familiarity in the VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) module is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven experience in finance transformation, particularly within I2P, continuous improvement mindset.
• Project management experience, including ability to lead and drive process improvement initiatives.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, demonstrated proficiency in using Celonis, Symbio or Signavio is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English (written and oral).
• Willingness to travel (to support project events depending on schedule).
