Product Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE  

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Product Manager to join our Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) team in Kraków or Warsaw. In this role, you will support the sales and development of Dell's product portfolio across our network of business partners.

You will work closely with Dell's, channel partners, and internal teams to drive product growth, deliver value to partners, and ensure smooth execution of go-to-market activities. Experience with vendor tools or partner programs will be a strong asset.
 

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and internal teams
  • Support partners in selecting the right Dell products
  • Prepare and execute sales and marketing plans
  • Plan and organize marketing activities for business partners
  • Track sales performance and assist with product-related processes
  • Prepare pricing offers and deliver product presentations
  • Manage tasks related to vendor programs and partner initiatives
  • Stay informed about IT market trends and competitor activities

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Experience in B2B sales or partner/channel management (experience in IT distribution is a plus)
  • Knowledge of the Polish IT market and local channel landscape
  • Fluent in Polish and English (B2/C1 level)
  • Confident use of Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM tools is beneficial
  • Experience working with vendor programs or partner incentives is a plus
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and follow through
