We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on
AI Test Automation Engineer
to join our full-stack AI-native feature team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of a cutting-edge quantitative investment platform.

Responsibilities

  • Automate test coverage across functional, integration, and non-functional layers using AI agents such as Unit Testing Agent, API Test Agent, and Automation QA Agent
  • Integrate testing within CI/CD pipelines and establish quality gates for code, performance, and security validation
  • Leverage AI-generated synthetic test data and test strategies to accelerate validation cycles
  • Ensure compliance by maintaining traceability and auditability of test results
  • Collaborate with the team to validate code quality and enforce test-driven development practices
  • Monitor and optimize test execution through observability tools and feedback loops from platform analytics

Requirements

  • 7+ years in QA automation with at least 2 years in AI-assisted or agentic testing environments
  • Proficiency in test frameworks such as Playwright and PyTest, along with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab, plus expertise in API testing
  • Experience with AI testing agents, synthetic data generation, and test orchestration
  • Familiarity with financial platforms, time-series data validation, and compliance-driven testing
  • Strong understanding of test strategies, coverage metrics, and defect triage for agile teams
  • Minimum English language level of B1+

  • Knowledge of Generative AI fundamentals
