Location: Wrocław

Work model: Hybrid (3 days from office / 2 days from home)

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Communicating with Business and Clients through phone and e-mail

  • Make use of shared mailbox for business communication and categorize and archive messages in line with guidelines

  • Prepare and monitor rebates calculation, commission  in time and respond promptly to customer requirements

  • Prepare monthly / quarterly reports

  • Manage customer requests effectively

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with Business through open and interactive communication

  • Follow customer service best practices, procedures, PPG guidelines and policies and legal requirements

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward  customers at all times.

  • Give feedback on KPI's, team results and open actions during the weekly or monthly meeting

Qualifications:

  • Secondary education or higher

  • Fluency in English and French

  • Familiarity with MS Office environment (Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel)

  • Good communication skills

  • Cooperation within the team

  • Conscientiousness

  • Problem solving

  • Organizational skills
