The Role

We're looking for a
Senior Graphic Designer
who brings energy, taste, and precision to fast-moving creative environments. You'll turn ideas into visuals that capture attention, inspire action, and perform across paid and organic channels.

This role is for someone who thrives on iteration—someone who understands that great design isn't just beautiful, it's functional, data-aware, and built for speed. You'll collaborate closely with creative strategists, directors, and editors to develop the next generation of visual storytelling for social and performance media.

What you'll be doing

  • Design visually striking assets
    for social campaigns, brand content, and paid performance media.
  • Work with strategists and creative leads to
    interpret briefs into impactful, conversion-minded designs
    .
  • Develop and adapt creative for
    TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and emerging short-form platforms
    .
  • Use
    AI-assisted tools
    and modern design workflows to accelerate experimentation and output quality.
  • Contribute to the visual evolution of campaigns—helping shape new creative approaches and templates.

You'll succeed here if you:

  • Have designed content for
    TikTok, Meta, or YouTube Ads
    at scale.
  • Have experience in
    agency, startup, or in-house marketing teams
    .
  • Enjoy experimenting with
    new tools, styles, and formats
    to stay ahead of trends.
  • Can bring ideas to life with
    light motion, animation, or video editing skills
    (After Effects, CapCut, or Figma preferred).
  • Are curious about how AI and automation are reshaping creative production.

Hours:
30–35 hours per week

Location:
Warsaw, hybrid or remote within Poland

Reports To:
Creative Director

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate (up to
110 PLN/hour
, depending on experience)
