Your team:

You'll be working in the core platform engineering team in Poland. We are a diverse self-organizing team based in India, Poland, Switzerland, UK & US. We build, maintain & host open, inner-sourced products, platforms & libraries for Risk, Compliance & Finance.

We are looking for a senior engineer/lead engineer (hands-on, problem solver, technical expert) to:


• collaborate on proof-of-concepts, pilots, minimum viable products, business cases and quality control


• connect with and influence stakeholders


• contributing to the design of the system by participating in the architecture and technical discussions with the team


• build and maintain applications in an Agile environment

Mandatory Skills Description:

Your expertise:

Looking for 8+ years experienced professionals who are deep experts in their core technologies and are open to learning new technologies. Core skills include:


•LLM based Agent development


•LangGraph & OpenAI Api's


•Retrieval Augmented Generation


•MCP Server Development Microservices


•12Factor patterns


•Effective Unit Testing


•Test driven development and continuous integration & deployment


•Effective usage of OO Design Patterns Data Structures

Knowledge in these technologies would be beneficial:


•Agentic Orchestration


•Git, Gitlab / Github / Bitbucket, Monorepos and workspaces


•ES2017+, Webpack / Vite


•DevOps, Automation & CI/CD Pipeline API development using Java, Python or C# Containers, Kubernetes, Azure
