We're looking for a
VIP Customer Support Agent
to handle inquiries from our high-value players and ensure a premium service experience — especially during morning/evening hours, five days a week with
rotating weekends
.


We currently have 2 options of Shifts to choose from:

Day/Late Shift
, between 9 AM – 2 AM

Night Shift:
between 12 AM – 9 AM

Requirements

  • Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
  • Proactive with strong customer service or sales skills
  • Great communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Detail-oriented and customer-focused
  • Experience in iGaming or VIP support is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Handle VIP customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone
  • Maintain personal, long-term relationships with VIPs
  • Collaborate with the VIP team for smooth service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
