This position is available either remotely or on-site in Warsaw.
Key Responsibilities:Market Growth: Execute business plans to expand market share across key European markets.
Channel Development: Strengthen partnerships with distributors, large retailers, and specialty baby stores. Identify and onboard new sales channels to grow brand presence.
Business Expansion: Leverage existing brand recognition to deepen penetration in current markets while preparing for new global opportunities.
Customer & Partner Engagement: Build strong, lasting relationships with distributors, partners, and retailers. Provide support and ensure successful cooperation at every stage.
Go-to-Market Execution: Lead product launches, trade promotions, and participation in key industry events to maximize visibility.
Collaboration: Work closely with international teams in marketing, logistics, and product development to ensure aligned execution.
Negotiation & Contract Management: Negotiate agreements that create long-term value for both the company and its partners.
Reporting: Provide regular updates on performance, pipeline, and market dynamics, delivering actionable insights to leadership.
Experience Required:
Minimum of 3 years of progressive B2B sales experience
Advanced English is required
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage key accounts.
Strong background in customer and retailer engagement, with the ability to turn insights into measurable sales results.
Flexible, mobile, and open to Saturday work (with a compensatory day off provided during the week)
