Your role
Are you interested in the Investment Fund industry? Do you have an appetite for dealing with investment funds controls and maintaining the shareholder register of all investors? Are you detailed oriented and able to proactively analyze potential discrepancies within Transfer Agency world?

We're looking for a Transfer Agency KYC Analyst who will be responsible for:

  • Investor & Client Ongoing Due Diligence (KYC & AML)
  • Investor Data Maintenance (including account opening and queries handling)
  • Name Screening and Monitoring
  • Transfer of tasks from team located in Luxembourg to Poland
  • Updating various databases with security data.
  • Solving queries and issues raised by Clients and various internal teams

Your team
You'll be working in the Asset Servicing team in Poland. Sector comprises over 100 specialists divided into several teams. Your direct team is a group of 5 talented individuals. As a member of the team, you'll play an important role in delivering relevant outputs for our clients. We are dedicated to support one another and our business partners. You will work within international environment and collaborate with our colleagues in Luxembourg, Switzerland and Ireland on a daily basis. We are looking for a colleague who shares our passion and high standards.

Your expertise

  • Proven experience in Transfer Agency/Fund Accounting/Operations related roles (1-2 years)
  • Good understanding and relevant experience in KYC and AML processes would be an asset
  • Good understanding of financial markets instruments
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail, problem solving skills and commitment to maintaining a strong control environment.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English.
