In our Central European Deloitte Workday practice we are looking for high energy, committed and ambitious people who see their career in advisory and HR transformation of our clients next to technical configuration. We are designing and implementing Workday solution as well as advising on process optimization and automation by applying the newest technologies (e.g. chatbots, machine learning, and robotics), the latest HR operating models, as well as service design principles to drive real employee experience improvements.

Requirements:

• Experience in Workday at least 3 Workday implementation cycles
• Experience and proven knowledge of characteristics of both Launch and Your Way deployment methodology
• At minimum deep Implementation expertise in advising on solutions for: Workday HCM as well as cross-functional impacts with Compensation, Recruiting, and Talent
• Knowledge and experience in advising on solutions in Compensation Core or other modules will be a plus
• Preferred previous experience working for a consultancy firm
• Fluent in cross-functional and cross-stream interdependencies
• Proven skillset in effective time-management, problem-solving, client communication, stakeholder management and project management
• Fluent in English

Nice to have:

• Active Workday HCM certifications will be a plus

Your future role

• Taking part in Workday implementation as Functional Solution Architect/Functional Lead overseeing planning, delivery, and deployment of Functional Streams during Workday implementations
• Supporting Practice Leadership in Deloitte CE Workday Practice growth, practice competency management, and Go-to-Market activities in Central Europe
• Taking the role of Subject Matter Expert cross-functionally to support more junior team members
• Openness in participating in sales and pre-sales activities from perspective of Workday HCM Functional solutioning and estimations for client proposals
