About your workplace

Miele Global Services was established in 2019 to support Miele Group by centralization and standardization of the process. On a daily basis we are handling many processes from more than 20 entities, including accounting, controlling, sales back office, procurement and reporting.

Your responsibilities:

  • accepting and processing home appliance orders from our retail partners via mails (Swiss market);
  • mail product advice, checking the ability to deliver and possibly offering alternative solutions;
  • creation of offers in coordination with the sales force;
  • clarifying customer complaints even in the event of an escalation;
  • entry and release of credit notes and returns according to specifications;
  • checking and completing work execution;
  • processing general administrative tasks of the department;

Our requirements:

  • B2 level of French language;
  • german language would be an asset;
  • relevant work experience in a customer service;
  • good Team-player able to work in cross cultural team;
  • attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate results.
