Job Title: AI Validation Lead

Location: Gdansk, Poland - Hybrid: 3 Days to Office Every Week

Duration: 6 Months - Extendable

Employment Type: Contract B2B

Roles & Responsibilities:

You will design and execute validation strategies across data pipelines, vector databases, and AI application components. This role is critical for ensuring data integrity, model reliability, and adherence to regulatory and internal quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop validation master plans and strategies for full RAG lifecycle
  • Execute Installation/Operational/Performance Qualification for:
  • Data pipelines (batch + streaming)
  • Vector DBs (e.g., Pinecone)
  • RAG application components
  • Validate ingestion, transformation, and loading processes with data quality checks
  • Conduct functional & non-functional testing for retrieval workflows, embeddings, prompts, and output accuracy
  • Maintain complete documentation (test results, deviations, CAPA)
  • Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, developers, and product teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or similar
  • Polish-speaking
  • ability to work with
    Polish LLMs
  • Experience as a Validation or QA Engineer (data quality or regulated/high-tech preferred)
  • Strong skills in
    Python
    ,
    SQL
    , and data orchestration tools
  • Experience with
    cloud platforms
    ,
    vector databases
    , embeddings, and RAG systems
  • Solid understanding of
    SDLC
    , QA methodologies, and documentation standards
  • Preferred: Experience with
    AI/ML testing frameworks

  • Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and teamwork mindset
