About the role

We are looking for an experienced
Asset Servicing Analyst
who will join a project for our client from the financial services sector. You will become part of a dynamic team responsible for managing complex corporate action events and ensuring operational efficiency in securities processing.

The role is hybrid - 2-3 days from the Client's office in Warsaw.

What you will do

· Manage and reconcile positions related to Corporate Action events, including reviewing communications and facilitating postings for Corporate Action or Proxy events

· Develop client-specific service solutions while maintaining strong quality control

· Perform multiple transactions of moderate complexity to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy

· Apply procedural requirements and adhere to audit/control policies to minimize risk

· Support continuous improvement by reducing manual touchpoints and contributing to business documentation and system testing

What we are looking for

· 2–5 years of experience in securities processing, ideally in asset servicing or corporate actions

· Fluent English (both written and spoken)

· Strong understanding of hedge fund industry standards and practices

· Ability to communicate complex or sensitive information with tact and diplomacy

· Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to independently resolve complex issues
