The team you will be a part of

In this role, located in Wroclaw, Poland, you will be part of the Procurement team of Beko Europe, specially within the Real Estate category of our Indirect Procurement division.

This role in summary

As part of the Real Estate Procurement team, your role will be to manage and optimize the company portfolio (properties, leases, etc). This includes sourcing, negotiating, and managing leases; leading asset disposal and acquisition processes; and supporting technical and financial evaluations related to property conditions and obligations (e.g., dilapidations). The role requires strong technical and commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders, landlords, and external service providers.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Real Estate Assets portfolio management (Lease management and negotiation, Surplus Assets disposals, etc)
  • Technical and financial property evaluations (dilapidations, CAPEX/Opex, etc)
  • Sourcing & Procurement activities (financial outlook, services/contractors tender & relationship management, contract management)
  • Stakeholder management (internal functions, landlords, etc)
  • Risk management (Critical Dates, market analysis, etc)

Minimum requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate, lease management or corporate property functions
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Master's degree in business administration, Procurement or Real Estate/construction related field
  • Understanding of property laws, lease structures and technical building terms
  • Experience in managing multi-site portfolios and large-scale projects
  • Financial analysis and asset/technical valuation expertise
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Fluent in English and in Polish

Preferred skills and experiences

  • Proven ability to deliver costs savings and process improvements
  • Experience with Asset/Lease management tool is a plus
  • Other languages are a plus to deal with local markets (i.e. Italy, French, Turkish)
