Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Processing subscription, redemption, conversion and transfer orders in a correct and timely manner as well as related tasks (requests, reconciliations for prepaid payment, sending out announcement reports).
  • Performing simple AML checks, sending reports, setting up recurring mailings, and handling internal and external requests.
  • Preparing, encoding and controlling transaction
  • Preparing, checking, signing and sending the necessary manual payments
  • Performing global checks
  • Responding to internal and external requests
  • Assisting the securities and cash reconciliation teams

Your skills and experience:

  • University degree in economics or finance (or equivalent),
  • Proven track record in the fund industry - preferably in the transfer agency
  • Knowledge of Multifonds TA is a strong asset,
  • Fluency in English. French and German are an asset,
  • Excellent organisation skills, team spirit, flexibility and self-discipline.
