We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated
Warehouse Director
to join our team in Magnice, Poland. In this strategic leadership position, you will direct warehouse business planning, process improvement, and talent management to drive operational excellence in one of our key facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead business planning, implementation of processes, and continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.
  • Oversee all operational and personnel activities to maintain the highest standards of efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure strict adherence to OSHA and company safety/compliance standards, providing a safe and hazard-free environment for all employees.
  • Maintain compliance with all legislative requirements related to warehousing, shipping, and handling.
  • Effectively hire, train, develop, and evaluate staff in cooperation with Human Resources.
  • Guarantee that quality management system procedures are consistently followed across all functional teams.
  • Collaborate regularly with our international teams in China, with a need for after-hours accessibility.
  • Occasional domestic and international travel.

Requirements:

  • Advanced expertise in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of
    10 years' experience
    managing operations in a sq. m. fulfillment center.
  • Experience in supervising multiple fulfillment centers will be advantageous.
  • Proven record in leading warehouse teams of 500+ employees, with oversight of multiple managers and supervisors.
  • Outstanding leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Native or fluent Polish.
  • Thorough understanding of warehouse processes, layout design, and regulatory/compliance issues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, warehouse management software, and database systems.
  • Master degree or above.
