Goodly is a fast-moving R&D project on a mission to help people live, work, and learn with more joy and clarity. We're building a fresh experience that combines thoughtfully designed physical products and playful digital tools.

You will become our first in-house UI/UX designer for a new product that aims to help people feel happier.

You'll be part of a team of enthusiastic, skilled experts, where idea-sharing and cross-functional collaboration are part of the everyday flow. Together, we'll brainstorm, build, and learn from one another as we push the product forward.

You are ready to conquer the world, and you know how to do it. We are here to provide you with the needed instruments and ideas. You are ready to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to succeed.

— Design user flows on mobile and web;
— Search for new ideas and solutions, present concepts to the team;
— Prepare design solutions for A/B testing and maintain their documentation in Figma;
— Optimize conversion rates within payment flows and funnels.
— Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, content design, and marketing;
— Support other activities, like developing visual language for CRM, etc.

— At least 2.5+ years of commercial experience as a UX/UI Designer;
— Deep understanding of interaction design, colour theory, font choice;
— Good skills in prototyping & wireframing;
— Strong knowledge of graphic design principles;
— Familiarity with core principles of tools like Raw, Lotty or Adobe After Effects
— Alignment with the values of our team (SELECT).
— Experience with design system, components, and libraries, collaborative features, and Dev Mode for efficient design handoff on Figma will be a plus.

This is a full-time position with a hybrid remote option. It means that you can decide for yourself: whether you want to work from the office, remotely, or combine these options.
