How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

For our organization Air Liquide Global E&C Solutions Poland S.A. we are looking for a Technical Expert - Package Units. The position reports directly to the Head Of Project Engineering Management. This role is located in Kraków, Poland.

PROPOSAL PHASE :

Upon request, provide support to the Proposals teams in his/her area of expertise and recommend technical solutions that best meet the Customer's needs and offer the best total cost of ownership

PROJECT EXECUTION PHASE :

Provide support to projects to validate specifications and review technical offers for equipment

Provide technical support to the project teams on request in his/her area of expertise

INNOVATION AND COMPETITIVENESS:

Within the framework of the Product or Technology Road Maps, provide the necessary technical support on demand in his/her area of expertise

Ensure a technical watch on his/her area of expertise and propose innovations and levers to improve competitiveness

TROUBLESHOOTING:

Participate in the resolution of technical issues during the design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and operations phases

Participate in the treatment of non-conformities and technical incidents (root cause analysis, improvement actions...)

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:

Provide technical support to the various E&C entities as well as to the operational centers of other AL entities

Participate in the approval of products and suppliers

Participate in the approval of external services (documents, reception of material...)

KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER:

Train non-specialists in his/her field of expertise e.g. Project Engineers responsible for Package Units coordination

Develop technical know-how in his/her field (formalization, distribution, sharing)

Are you a MATCH?

Prior experience(s) in an engineering and construction environment with involvement in project execution or technical expertise

Technical Knowledge in "water" Package Units and Filtration :

Cooling water systems (e.g. Refrigeration unit / Chiller unit ; Cooling water tower) + Water treatment (e.g. Water Treatment Unit for Cooling Tower ; Demineralization Water Unit ; Boiler Feer Water Chemical Dosing Station ; Waste Water Treatment Unit)

Filtration (e.g. Sand filter ; Air filter ; Flue gas filter)

Experience in other fields of engineering would be beneficial but not a must :

Other packages (e.g. Quench/Scrubber ; Oil removal system from gas ; Instrument Air generation Uni ; Nitrogen package ; Air reduction station package)

Noise (e.g. Silencer)

Insulation

Painting and coating

Good understanding of operational constraints

Master's degree in Engineering

10+ years of experience

English Language - advanced level

Capable of travelling for short business trips
