Role overview

As a Junior AP Coordinator, you will work with a great team of professionals and support our accounts payable financial operations with your knowledge and skills. The team's primary mission is to ensure that the invoice-handling process is standardized and working efficiently and effectively. It also ensures suppliers and stakeholders from 14 Western European countries collaborate smoothly with Carlsberg Accounts Payable.

What you'll be doing

  • Ensuring support to local market organizations in terms of invoice inquiries
  • Ensuring the quality and sustainability of AP Helpdesk services to maintain relationships with suppliers and local stakeholders
  • Responding to incoming communication from internal and external stakeholders
  • Resolving issues and ensuring that problems are handled promptly
  • Performing an analysis of invoices in the process
  • Supporting the coordination of the work of the BPO provider for the AP Helpdesk
  • Working on process improvements and, when required, participating in projects and initiatives

What we're looking for

We are looking for a person who:

  • Has a documented educational background in the finance area or equivalent experience
  • Is communicative in English (both written and spoken)
  • Speaks French (skills at B1–B2 level are required)
  • Has a teamwork approach and enjoys working in a diverse, international environment
  • Can coordinate communication professionally with stakeholders, both from local organizations and suppliers
  • Fluently navigates MS Office, especially Excel
  • Has experience working with systems like SAP
  • Can work in a dynamically changing environment
