PACKAGING MANAGER (Poznań Brewery)

Are you ready to lead one of the most dynamic operations in the brewing industry? We're looking for an experienced Packaging Manager to take charge of a large-scale department with 250 talented team members. This role is at the heart of our brewery's complexity—producing a wide variety of beers that demand flexibility, efficiency, and quick adaptation. You'll combine the challenge of managing a high-volume operation with the agility needed to deliver excellence across multiple lines. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the packaging team, fostering engagement and building technical competencies.Oversee all aspects of the packaging process, ensuring parameter stability, alignment with production plans, and compliance with quality and cost standards.Maintain a safe working environment and enforce safety standards for employees and external contractors.Ensure process consistency in line with group requirements, SOPs, and operational systems.Manage and optimize budgets for fixed and variable costs within the packaging area.Initiate and monitor technical and capital investment projects, managing complex projects effectively.Coordinate internal material logistics and lead trials of new raw materials and packaging components to improve quality and cost efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

Strong leadership skills and ability to build team engagement.Higher technical education, preferably in packaging technology or production management.Several years of experience managing large teams in FMCG.Minimum 5 years of experience in production within a similar-scale business environment.Ability to make quick decisions and thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.Proven experience in managing complex projects.Excellent command of English.
