We are now looking for a Scrum and Content Master to join the UPM AI Center of Excellence. This unit supports UPM's AI transformation projects and acts as a catalyst for AI adoption across the organization. This role is an excellent opportunity to work with leading experts, shape best practices for AI delivery at scale, and contribute to UPM's journey as a global leader in the renewable and sustainable materials industry. What you will do:

• Agile Delivery & Team Facilitation: Lead Scrum ceremonies for AI platform capability teams, coordinate sprints, and ensure cross-team alignment for timely, high-quality deployments. Drive continuous improvement of agile processes, fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, and learning.

• Content & Documentation Management: Support the creation and maintenance of AI platform documentation, including runbooks (operational guides), deployment playbooks (procedures for production releases), and governance artifacts (compliance and audit records). Coordinate and help govern enablement materials such as reference architectures, guidelines, and templates to support adoption, standardization, and knowledge sharing across the organization.

• Communication & Adoption: Facilitate communication and stakeholder updates, ensuring clarity on team plans, goals, and progress. Capture feedback from AI platform users and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and increase adoption.

• Metrics & Continuous Improvement: Track and report delivery and AI platform health metrics, such as lead time and deployment frequency. Support business areas and project teams by removing obstacles and ensuring alignment with UPM's AI strategy and best practices.

Who you are:

We are looking for a highly motivated Scrum Master with a passion for AI solutions delivery and content management at enterprise scale.

You should have:

• Experience as a Scrum Master, ideally with a background in industrial tech, data, or AI environments.

• Hands-on experience with AI tools to accelerate agile software delivery as well as content management workflows.

• Hands-on experience with work management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira), and ability to leverage these solutions to drive transparency and efficiency.

• Experience with documentation and content management tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint), with a passion for maintaining clarity, consistency, and compliance.

• Experience in facilitating, coaching, and enabling agile teams to deliver high-quality outcomes in a complex, cross-functional setting with many dependencies.

• Understanding of the full software development lifecycle, especially for AI/ML solutions.

• Some experience with the technologies and tools for AI application development and delivery such as Python, MLOps (e.g., Azure ML, MLflow), AI agents (e.g.,Copilot Studio, AI Foundry), DevOps (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub), UI backend and frontend (e.g., , React), and integrations/APIs (e.g., Azure API Management, FastAPI, Model Context Protocol).

• Outcome-oriented, proactive mindset and drive to continuously improve team performance with readiness to challenge others when needed.

• Fluency in English with strong listening, communication and collaboration skills and ability to work in multicultural and virtual teams.

• Scrum certifications are considered as a plus.
