Nasz klient to firma specjalizująca się w dostarczaniu innowacyjnych rozwiązań cyfrowych wspierających zaangażowanie pracowników oraz wellbeing w miejscu pracy. 

Poszukujemy Salesforce Business Analyst, który wesprze zespół w analizie biznesowej, optymalizacji procesów oraz projektowaniu rozwiązań w oparciu o Salesforce.

Główne zadania:
  • Zbieranie wymagań biznesowych związanych z Salesforce — prowadzenie warsztatów, wywiadów, dokumentowanie procesów i user stories.
  • Analiza procesów oraz ich optymalizacja — identyfikacja nieefektywności i proponowanie ulepszeń z wykorzystaniem funkcjonalności Salesforce.
  • Projektowanie rozwiązań — współpraca z Salesforce Adminami i Developerami w celu przełożenia wymagań biznesowych na funkcjonalną specyfikację.
  • Testowanie i walidacja — przygotowywanie i koordynacja UAT, tworzenie przypadków testowych, weryfikacja wdrożonych rozwiązań.
  • Wsparcie i szkolenia — przygotowywanie dokumentacji dla użytkowników, prowadzenie szkoleń oraz wsparcie w adopcji nowych funkcji i rozwiązywaniu incydentów.
Wymagania:
  • Doświadczenie na stanowisku Salesforce Business Analyst (minimum 3-4 lata).
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość ekosystemu Salesforce.
  • Umiejętność analizy procesów biznesowych i przekładania wymagań na specyfikację funkcjonalną.
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z zespołami technicznymi (Admini, Developerzy).
  • Znajomość procesu UAT i umiejętność przygotowywania dokumentacji.
  • Doskonała znajomość języka angielskiego (C1).
