Profil stanowiska

  • Wykształcenie wyższe (lub w trakcie studiów) – preferowane kierunki: informatyka,logistyka, ekonomia, finanse, księgowość lub pokrewne
  • Wiedza zakresu obejmującego obszar finansów/księgowości lub logistyki/gospodarki magazynowej/sprzedaży i zakupów w przedsiębiorstwach
  • Praktyczna znajomość systemów klasy ERP (mile widziana znajomość Comarch ERP XL)
  • Mile widziana znajomość relacyjnych baz danych oraz języka dostępu do bazy danych (SQL)
  • Umiejętność szybkiego uczenia się i pracy pod presją w relacjach z klientami
  • Mile widziane doświadczenie w pracy na podobnym stanowisku
  • Prawo jazdy kat. B

Twoje zadania

  • Udział w realizacji projektów wdrożeniowych systemów informatycznych
  • Analiza potrzeb klienta
  • Konfigurowanie danego systemu: pomoc przy dostosowywaniu systemu informatycznego do wymagań i specyfiki klienta
  • Wsparcie techniczne/merytoryczne klientów
  • Bieżąca pomoc i szkolenia w zakresie obsługi danego systemu
