Opis stanowiska

  • Own the technical vision and architecture of Salesforce solutions across Service, Commerce, and Experience Clouds.
  • Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end integrations with internal and external systems (including Azure).
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership - coding, conducting reviews, and solving complex technical challenges.
  • Lead refactoring initiatives and ensure system stability, scalability, and performance.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to define product roadmaps and align technical decisions with business priorities.
  • Drive the adoption of best engineering practices, including DevOps automation, CI/CD, and event-driven architectures.
  • Mentor and coach engineers, raising the technical bar across teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
  • Represent Engineering in discussions with external stakeholders (auditors, regulators, vendors).

Profil kandydata

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, including leadership in large-scale projects.
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, integrations, data migrations).
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps automation (GitHub Actions, CI/CD) and event-driven or REST-based integrations.
  • Strong grasp of system design, scalability, and performance optimization.
  • Technical leadership experience with the ability to guide teams and influence decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Salesforce Architect or Developer certifications preferred.
  • Fluent English
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
