Claims & Customer Relations Administrator
UPS Capital Europe, Warsaw, Poland

We are looking for a claims and customer relations administrator to provide first-line support to customers by managing incoming CRM cases and handling inbound calls. The role is focused on delivering timely, accurate, and empathetic responses to customer queries, ensuring a high standard of service and resolution.

What You'll Do
Reporting to the Claims & CRG Supervisor the successful applicant will be responsible for the following key activities:

• Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and claims received via CRM, telephone or self-service portals.
• Accurately log, categorise, and prioritise cases in the CRM system.
• Provide timely responses to customer enquiries, aiming for first-contact resolution where possible.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers throughout the resolution process.
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Finance, Operations) to ensure effective case handling.
• Monitor open cases and follow up to ensure timely closure.
• Support the promotion of self-service tools and digital platforms to customers.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company policies.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• A customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to service delivery.
• Language Skills – English and either German, French or Italian required
