We're PEOPLE HUNT, recruiting on behalf of iGaming industry. Our client is redefining the VIP experience - and they're looking for a Turkish-speaking VIP Host to deliver legendary service to their most valuable players.

Role Overview

As a Turkish-speaking VIP Host, you'll be the trusted contact and relationship builder for high-value Turkish-speaking players. You'll create loyalty, drive engagement, and make every interaction unforgettable.
Beyond nurturing relationships, you'll play a key role in identifying and attracting new VIPs from across the market - turning insights and instinct into profitable, lasting player partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

VIP Relationship Management

  • Build, maintain, and grow relationships with high-value Turkish-speaking players.

  • Deliver best-in-class service, fast responses, and proactive engagement.

  • Monitor player activity, feedback, and behavior to anticipate needs and prevent churn.

Outreach & Acquisition

  • Identify potential VIPs through research, referrals, and market insights.

  • Lead targeted outreach to attract VIPs from other brands, showcasing the superior Menace experience.

  • Evaluate incoming VIP transfer requests, performing due diligence and risk assessment.

Commercial Ownership

  • Develop personalized bonus, cashback, and loyalty offers for VIPs.

  • Prepare data-driven business cases (GGR, margin, retention forecasts) for executive approval.

  • Track and report on portfolio performance: deposits, GGR, NGR, and cost-to-value ratios.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Partner with CRM, Payments, Anti-Fraud, and Product teams to ensure seamless VIP journeys.

  • Share structured player feedback to inform Product and Marketing improvements.

  • Uphold compliance with company policies and responsible gaming standards.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Turkish speaker with strong English communication skills.

  • 2+ years' experience in VIP hosting, account management, or luxury client relations (iGaming preferred).

  • Deep understanding of casino and sports betting - player behavior, value drivers, and motivations.

  • Confident negotiator and presenter, able to justify offers to both players and management.

  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on ROI, retention, and portfolio profitability.

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-driven with a passion for creating exceptional player experiences.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with crypto or hybrid casino environments.

  • Existing VIP network in Turkish-speaking markets.

  • Knowledge of loyalty systems, tier structures, and high-value player psychology.
