IT Trainee
.

Zakres obowiązków

  • Dbanie o infrastrukturę IT w organizacji
  • Diagnozowanie i rozwiązywanie problemów technicznych dotyczących sprzętu pracowników
  • Rozpatrywanie i rozwiązywanie problemów związanych z narzędziami IT oraz narzędziami wspólnymi
  • Prowadzenie baz sprzętu pracowniczego i rejestru odbiorów
  • Konfiguracja i zarządzanie systemami komputerowymi
  • Instalacja i konfiguracja sprzętu komputerowego / pracowniczego
  • Udział w procesach wdrożeniowych nowych technologii i rozwiązań IT w firmie

Poszukiwane kompetencje – must-have

  • Znajomość obsługi systemów komputerowych Windows / macOS
  • Dobra znajomość sprzętu hardware (laptopy, telefony)
  • Znajomość Google Workspace
  • Podstawowa znajomość działania systemów bazodanowych

Kompetencje – nice-to-have

  • Znajomość Microsoft 365 / Azure Active Directory
  • SQL
  • Linux
