That's why we're looking for a Project Manager who thinks systemically, acts proactively, and can maintain structure even in complex projects.

Your Role

As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and controlling digital projects (UX/UI, web, mobile) based on our proprietary Project Pyramid model.
Your goal will be to ensure every project is predictable, transparent, and managed with full business awareness.
We're not looking for a "Scrum Master" or a "coordinator with a checklist."
We're looking for a process leader - someone who understands context, connects the dots, and runs projects with excellence.

On a Daily Basis, You Will:

• Plan and lead digital projects from brief to final sign-off.

• Coordinate the work of design, tech, strategy, and research teams.

• Manage scope, budget, and schedule in Productive.

• Run status meetings, report progress, and maintain transparent communication with clients.

• Identify risks and propose solutions before they become problems.

• Collaborate closely with the Project Owner as their operational extension and partner.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

• Has at least 3 years of experience managing digital projects (UX/UI, web, mobile).

• Has worked in an agency, software house, or product environment.

• Thinks in processes and understands business, not just operations.

• Feels confident using tools like Productive, Notion, Jira, Figma, and Google Workspace.

• Speaks Polish and English at B2 level or higher (most of our clients are international).

• Combines logic, empathy, and contextual awareness - understands not just what to do, but why and for whom.

This role may not be the right fit for you if:

Your experience is limited to being a project assistant or Scrum Master without client interaction.
You focus solely on Agile frameworks rather than real value delivery.
You don't feel confident communicating with business clients.
You lack operational discipline, precision, or attention to detail.
You react instead of anticipating.
You dislike numbers, reports, or being accountable for the budget.
