We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our Global Dating product ecosystem — a portfolio of premium communication platforms with over 25 years on the market.

These are high-quality, safe, and highly responsive products that form a true cash-cow for our company. We grow on our own revenue, without external investors, and continue to scale globally.

• Deploying and managing updates across systems in a safe, controlled, and reliable manner.

• Transforming and modernizing CI/CD workflows across multiple products with complex legacy components.

• Introducing industry-leading DevOps tools and methodologies and driving their adoption within the engineering community.

• Supporting and improving existing CI/CD pipelines.

• Managing and optimizing ephemeral and pre-production environments.

• Maintaining infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible).

• Supporting containerized environments using Kubernetes, Docker, and other container tools.

• Developing automation scripts (Shell, Python, Go).

• Managing Git-based source control systems and workflows.

• Monitoring and maintaining messaging queues—especially RabbitMQ (AMQP).

• Collaborating with DevOps, Development, and QA teams to ensure stable delivery processes and system reliability.

• Troubleshooting system and application issues and proactively contributing to performance improvements.

Required hard skills:

• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, System Administration, or Build/Release engineering.

• Strong Kubernetes experience (orchestration, container management).

• Deep expertise in GitLab CI/CD pipeline design and optimization.

• Advanced Shell scripting (Bash/PowerShell).

• Solid experience with Linux administration.

• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, RabbitMQ, VMware.

• Practical coding skills in Python or Go.

• Knowledge of observability tools — Grafana, OpenSearch.

• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and developer-facing challenges.

Nice to have:

• Experience with networking protocols.

• Windows environment administration.

• ELK/EFK stack.

• Experience building monitoring dashboards and service-interaction maps (Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger).
