As a
Senior Business Analyst / Senior Project Manager
you will be working for our client, a global financial institution specializing in asset servicing and securities services. You will lead strategic projects aimed at designing, implementing, and harmonizing workflows for the ETF asset class, ensuring compliance with regulations and optimizing operational processes. This role requires deep expertise in asset servicing, post-trade processes, and financial messaging protocols. You will collaborate with international stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient solutions that enhance client experience across global markets.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Drive the design and delivery of end-to-end workflows for ETF issuance, order management, and settlement
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, custodians, transfer agents, and fund administrators to harmonize operational models
  • Define and contribute to the Target Operating Model for asset servicing projects
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across all project deliverables
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals
  • Manage stakeholder expectations across geographically dispersed teams
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
  • Utilize project management tools such as JIRA to monitor progress and track deliverables
  • Analyze post-trade processes, reconciliations, and settlements to identify areas for improvement
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams, operations, and business stakeholders

You're ideal for this role if you have:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in asset servicing or securities services
  • Strong expertise in post-trade processes including settlement, reconciliations, order capture, and NAV oversight
  • Proven knowledge of SWIFT messaging formats and financial data exchange protocols (SFTP, CFT)
  • Hands-on experience in delivering complex transformation projects in financial services
  • Solid understanding of the asset servicing ecosystem, including roles of custodians, transfer agents, and fund administrators
  • Experience defining and implementing Target Operating Models in financial services
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to deliver global initiatives
  • Proficiency in stakeholder management across international and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to design solutions for complex business and technical issues
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
