Regional Marketing Manager

At Pepco, we're growing fast and we're looking for a passionate Regional Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team and lead marketing activity in Poland and Baltics. You'll play a key role in executing the marketing strategy within your region, ensuring our brand stays strong, consistent, and loved by customers.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Lead execution of marketing agenda ensuring alignment with Pepco brand strategy and central marketing calendar.
• Lead and motivate the local Marketing Team (4 FTE).
• Manage adaptation process in line with the promotional calendar, including coordination with local providers and online support.
• Oversee and optimize media plans, coordinate media buying across all channels (including TV and digital), and develop local marketing campaigns.
• Identify local challenges and opportunities, and propose solutions based on local insights.
• Manage new stores opening events and POSM adaptations, as well as relationships with local shopping centers.
• Manage the marketing budget, including planning input, monthly actuals, and forecasts.
• Ensure effective use of online communication channels.
• Work with the HO to organize annual marketing research studies, report KPIs monthly and share knowledge among countries.
• Manage company publications and press releases in collaboration with the Central Corporate team and local PR agencies.
• Supervise the implementation and evaluation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
• Support crisis management and media relations when needed.

Skills and experience we are looking for:

• Min. 3 years of experience in a similar marketing role within one of the cluster countries (retail experience preferred).
• Master's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• Experience in marketing (including trade marketing and BTL promotions) or sales.
• Strong understanding of market research and customer testing methods.
• Knowledge of consumer promotion regulations, advertising and media effectiveness, and graphic materials production.
• Familiarity with marketing tools, channels and performance metrics.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point).
• Strong organizational, multitasking skills and customer-focused mindset.
• Team management skills.
• Willingness to work on a fixed-term contract until the end of November 2027.
