Join a lean, human-focused design team working across Zensai's core B2B platforms—from learning to performance to engagement. You'll help shape not just what we build, but how we work together to do it.

The role

We're looking for a
Product Designer (mid–senior)
to join our small but mighty team. You'll work end-to-end across the design lifecycle: from research and wireframing, to user testing, to high-fidelity UI and collaborating with engineering for delivery. This is a
hands-on role
where you'll balance creativity with technical excellence, helping evolve our design system and influence how design operates across the organisation.

What you'll do

  • Own design projects from discovery through delivery across web and mobile
  • Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to define problems and shape solutions
  • Contribute to a culture of testing and user research, balancing delivery timelines with quality insights
  • Champion accessibility and inclusive design in everything we ship.

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

  • Ability to influence and align diverse, opinionated stakeholders—explaining trade‑offs and defending choices with evidence.
  • A portfolio of shipped product work that shows strong UI craft and clear decision‑making.
  • Fluency in Figma and confidence working with established design systems
  • Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms
  • Comfort with ambiguity and iterating quickly, grounded in user insight and business context.

Process

  • Intro call with our talent team
  • Conversation with Ciana (Design Lead / Hiring Manager)
  • Deep dive with Ciana and Lisa (Product Designer), including:
  • A portfolio walkthrough and Figma file discussion
  • A short design case study exercise (provided in advance, with 2–3 hours suggested time spent)
