Job Description:

ccount Administrator within AP department is a vital part in the Finance and Accounting process chain.
The main responsibility is to verify incoming invoices, secure the proper booking in the UPS systems
and enable in final a proper money pay out. Accounting Admin is involved within any audit and compliance checks and to cross work with other F&A departments like GL, AR and COD.

Position requires both working within a team and on your own.

We expect from applicants:

· Good English (written and spoken),

· Knowledge of accounting basis,

· Key entry accurancy,

· Good knowledge of MS Office applications,

· Ability to work in a team,

· Ability to work under pressure and strict dealines,

· Time management skills,

· Very well organized,

· At least 6 months employment track at current position in UPS (only for internal candidates).
