Overview

Gaming LQA Lead – their main role will be dedicated to ensure the successful LQA project execution. They will be responsible for setting up, training, and leading the LQA project team on daily basis.

DESCRIPTION

  • Manage and lead a team of LQA testers working on assigned projects, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.

  • Collaborate with project managers, and QA managers to understand project requirements, timelines, and scope.

  • Develop comprehensive test plans, strategies, and approaches for the assigned projects, ensuring adequate coverage and risk mitigation.

  • Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of testing activities.

  • Track and report project metrics, including test coverage, defect trends, and overall quality status.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any challenges that may impact the successful completion of the project.

  • Act as a point of escalation for any project-related issues, working closely with the QA Manager and other stakeholders to resolve them promptly.

Requirements

  • Prior Gaming QA testing experience leading team projects

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills (especially in the English language)

  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills

  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision

  • Willing to take on a flexible schedule and adapt to a team-focused mentality
