We're Hiring: Power BI Developer – Gdańsk, Poland (Contract)

Location: Gdańsk, Poland (Hybrid, Remote )

Contract Duration: 6 Months

Employment Type: FTC ((Fixed-Term Contract)

Visa Sponsorship: Not available

Location Requirement: Candidate must be currently based in Poland

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer for a 6-month contract role based in Gdańsk, Poland

Key Responsibilities:


• Maintain and enhance existing Power BI dashboards and reports.


• Design and develop new Power BI reports and interactive dashboards based on business needs.


• Build and optimize data models, DAX measures, and relationships for performance.


• Develop and maintain ETL processes (Power Query / M / SQL).


• Troubleshoot performance issues and resolve data quality or visualization problems.


• Implement version control and documentation for reports and data models.


• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.


• Ensure proper report security and governance (RLS, workspace access, dataset refresh schedules).


• Work with DBT and coordinate with the data engineering team.


• Provide handover documentation and training before the contract ends.
