About the Role
Were looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a portfolio of StayinFront Digital initiatives. Youll bring structure, governance and strong delivery discipline across multiple inflight projects, ensuring every engagement meets our strategic goals. This is a handson role that blends leadership, risk management, stakeholder engagement and technical understanding.
What Youll Do
Lead & Manage Digital Projects
- Oversee all StayinFront Digital projects, ensuring consistent governance and delivery standards.
- Manage project planning, execution, control and completion across the full lifecycle.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, engaging relevant stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.
- Create detailed project plans and monitor performance throughout execution.
Drive Risk & Quality Management
- Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, implementing effective contingency plans.
- Apply lessons learned from past projects to continuously strengthen delivery.
- Adopt and apply companywide quality standards and methodologies.
- Conduct project evaluation reviews, documenting successes and key learnings.
Coordinate Teams & Resources
- Provide direct supervision to the Polandbased project team.
- Secure and coordinate resources with Image Recognition, Neural Network, QC and other technical teams.
- Handle change requests and oversee Neural Network updates.
- Support global Sales teams by responding to RFIs and addressing customer questions.
Track, Report & Communicate
- Track progress using effortversustimeline assessments.
- Produce clear highlight reports and endstage assessments.
- Measure performance using established tools and feedback mechanisms.
- Manage project expenditure and monitor budget alignment.
- Maintain comprehensive, highquality project documentation.
Collaborate with Stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, third parties, vendors and internal teams.
- Maintain awareness of interdependencies across the project portfolio.
- Support Marketing with case studies.
- Communicate new Digital R&D functionality when required.
