People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change We work with clients all over the world.

For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for
Senior DevOps Engineer (Azure).
Your Duties Will Include

  • Design, implement, and maintain cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure
  • Optimize cloud infrastructure costs (FinOps, usage analysis, cost-saving recommendations)
  • Build and maintain scalable, highly available, and secure systems
  • Automate infrastructure using IaC tools (Terraform / Bicep / ARM)
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines
  • Monitor systems, improve reliability, and respond to incidents
  • Collaborate closely with development and security teams

Requirements That Must Be Met

  • 5+ years of experience as a DevOps / Cloud Engineer
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (Compute, Networking, Storage, AKS)
  • Proven experience in cloud cost optimization
  • Experience designing scalable and secure architectures
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar)
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes / AKS)
  • Solid understanding of cloud security (IAM, RBAC, Key Vault, network security)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Very good English and Polish
