We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our Polish branch of Yanolja Go Global. In this role, you will support the Business Development Manager and the local sales team in building and maintaining relationships with travel partners, handling administrative processes, and contributing to the company's commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Business Development Manager in daily operations and commercial tasks.
- Provide administrative and analytical support, including sales reports and performance monitoring (Qlik Sense).
- Manage client documentation through DocuSign and maintain records in
- Create and configure client accounts on the Yanolja Go Global platform.
- Support client onboarding and follow up with partners to make sure they activate it.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Technical, Legal, etc.) to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Conduct market research and initiate contact with potential travel partners.
- Participate in local and international trade fairs or internal events when needed.
- Stay updated on company products, market developments, and competitors.
Requirements
- Higher education degree.
- Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken).
- Must be legally authorized to work and currently residing in Poland.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Proactive and reliable work style with excellent attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving approach.
- Confident computer and system literacy (Microsoft Office, online tools, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Positive attitude and a collaborative spirit.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
- Background in international sales or account coordination.
- Familiarity with Qlik Sense, , or DocuSign.
