We're seeking a motivated and goal-oriented IT Project Manager who will manage end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives, ensuring they're delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with business goals.

Your day-to-day mission:

  • Manage all project dimensions (resource, budgets, risks, scope and dependencies).
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships across all organizational levels. 
  • Coordinate cross-functional virtual teams to ensure aligned and timely delivery. 
  • Report progress clearly and regularly to senior leadership and business stakeholders. 
  • Take proactive measures to ensure project compliance with internal policies and Agile delivery practices. 
  • Support risk, issue, and change control processes ensuring smooth transition and timely resolution.

What you need to have to succeed in this role:

  • Experience in IT project management. (software)
  • Experience in cost management, risk assessment, and resource planning.
  • Apply systems thinking to assess interdependencies across teams, processes, and deliverables to ensure cohesive and scalable execution.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to navigate change, resolve issues, and lead with a servant-leadership mindset.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders, including IT and business teams.
  • A high degree of adaptability to navigate changing priorities and evolving business needs.
  • Microsoft Office 365.
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken.

What makes you stand out:

  • Certifications (e.g., PRINCE 2, PMI).
  • Experience working within Agile frameworks and effectively collaborating with outsourced and offshored teams.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and Oracle Boards.
