In this role, as a Junior Accounts Receivable Accountant you will maintain accurate records, manage daily transactions, resolve operational issues, and deliver exceptional customer service. You'll also have the opportunity to support continuous development, test innovative solutions, and train new team members.

About The Role

• Responsible for maintaining accurate Accounts Receivable records by timely handling daily transactions.
• Enters manual invoices into the AR ledger, reconciles interface invoices, and ensures the accuracy of sales invoices and ledger data.
• Reconciles payment receipts with the AR ledger.
• Supporting Accountants in period-end accounting activities for Accounts Receivable.
• Assists customers with various questions, problems, and proposals related to Accounts Receivable.
• Supports and manages the flow of transactions and documents within the Accounts Receivable service process.

About You

• Educational background in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Understanding of finance and accounting principles, along with some experience using accounting systems.
• 1+ years of experience in AR Accounting.
• Advanced end-user computing skills, with a strong knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and collaboration skills.
