Marketing Reporting

We're looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven professional to lead reporting and deployment coordination for Consumer Projects across the EU region. The role focuses on accurate and timely reporting of portfolio launches, campaigns, and CX initiatives, ensuring transparent communication of results and insights to stakeholders.

*Your tasks*

• Manage the EU Activation Tracker and monitor deployment progress across regional priorities
• Build and implement the reporting deployment approach in collaboration with the Market Success team
• Consolidate regional gaps and needs, align with key stakeholders, and support issue resolution during execution
• Prepare reports and insights on campaign, portfolio, and CX performance, ensuring data accuracy and clarity
• Coordinate with regional, global, and internal partners (e.g., DI&A) to maintain consistent and high-quality reporting

Requirements

• Proven experience in activation and coordination of omnichannel campaigns
• Strong marketing knowledge, particularly in campaign, portfolio, and CX deployment
• Ability to measure and analyse program and campaign effectiveness using data-driven metrics
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with strong attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities in English
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
