Senior .NET Developer / Team Leader

That's the role for a senior developer combined with a leadership role — you both write code and support the team's growth while coordinating project work.

Your responsibilities

  • develop and enhance applications using .NET / .NET Core (C#).
  • design and implement REST APIs.
  • work with databases (SQL, EF Core).
  • participate in architecture design, code and performance optimization.
  • maintain and develop existing system modules.
  • provide substantive support to the team, conduct code reviews, mentor.
  • task planning, estimations, backlog prioritization.
  • maintain high quality standards and best practices.
  • collaboration with the Project Manager, frontend team, and clients.

influence the technological direction of projects and work standards.

Requirements

Must-have
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in .NET / .NET Core.
  • Excellent knowledge of C#, web application architecture, and design patterns.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Entity Framework Core, LINQ.
  • Experience with teamwork (SCRUM/Kanban).
  • Ability to conduct code reviews and solve technical problems.
  • Communication skills, independence, and responsibility.
  • English: B2/C1 (working with international clients).
  • Experience as a leader or tech lead.
  • Knowledge of microservice architectures.
Nice-to-have
  • Knowledge of Azure / AWS, CI/CD, Docker.
  • Basic frontend skills (e.g., React).
  • Experience with SaaS systems or "from scratch" projects.
