The team sets guidelines, ensures compliance with legal and global standards, and promotes HSE awareness across the plant and among suppliers. Through audits, training, and continuous improvement initiatives, the department supports operational excellence and contributes to productivity and quality. It works closely with all departments to embed a robust safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance Responsibilities Primary focus on Environmental Compliance, with additional responsibilities in Occupational Health & SafetyEnsure implementation of the HSE system according to legislation and global requirementsPromote HSE awareness and provide training to staff across departmentsSupervise suppliers to ensure compliance with HSE standardsMonitor and report HSE performance, update LMPS boards, flag critical issues, investigare accidents and implement corrective actionsConduct inspections and audits of operational controls (e.g., emergency exits, chemical storage)Preventive actions and HSE initiatives improve safety, productivity, and qualityQualificationsUniversity degree or 1–2 years of vocational technical training (C level)1–6+ years of relevant work experience depending on career levelExperience in industrial HSE environments, preferably in blade productionPrior experience in communication and coordination with regulatory authoritiesSome hands-on experience in environmental permitting processes, including permit modificationsFamiliarity with BDO systems and proceduresBasic understanding of KOBIZE reporting requirementsBasic English language skills (spoken and written)CompetenciesRule-following and conscientious approach to safetyAble to collaborate effectively with various departmentsAttention to detail and accuracy in reporting and inspectionsAbility to work efficiently and propose solutions to HSE challengesProficient analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to conduct audits and execute necessary corrective measuresCommitment to continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration What we offerWe offer a chance to join a top provider of sustainable energy solutions, while working as part of a highly motivated and collaborative team.
