For our Client, a financial services company, we are seeking a candidate for the Head of Talent Acquisition role. The main goal of this position is to take responsibility for recruitment functions across the cluster of CEE and guide end-to-end talent strategy of the company.

The role is based in Kraków and involves working in an SSC/GBS environment with direct business partnering.

Responsibilities:

  • lead recruitment functions in all its recruitment activities, including team leadership, talent acquisition strategy development,
  • design and adopt sustainable recruitment metrics that ultimately lead to the successful integration of new talents,
  • take responsibility for the development and execution of the global annual recruitment budget,
  • develop innovative sourcing strategies and procedures to ensure positive candidate experience,
  • cooperate with C-level Managers and HR Head, provide insights impacting the business,
  • design a reporting structure that delivers ongoing support to high-level company decisions,
  • supervise recruitment teams in several locations - develop employees, ensure smooth onboarding and knowledge sharing,
  • oversee the design and implementation of business-wide recruitment processes, ATS, vendor management and reporting.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5 years acquired in a managerial position,
  • Master's degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Psychology Business Administration or related,
  • high level of maturity, business acumen, and approach of a business partner,
  • hands-on experience in managing recruitment teams, ideally in various countries,
  • fluent English and Polish languages,
  • perfect communication and interpersonal skills,
  • ability to multitask and deal with a variety of projects,
  • creative, proactive problem-solving and a can-do attitude.
